Cancellation Policy

At Service Wallah, we understand that plans may change, and sometimes you may need to cancel a booking. This policy explains the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and related situations.
You can cancel a booking any time before the scheduled service.
We recommend cancelling at least 2 hours in advance to respect the service provider’s time.
Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on account usage.
In rare cases, service providers may cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
If this happens, you will be notified promptly via the app or phone.
We will make efforts to suggest alternative providers, subject to availability.
For prepaid bookings (via online payment), if a service is cancelled by either party, a full or partial refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
Cash payments are not refundable via the app — users must coordinate directly with the service provider in such cases.
If a service provider does not arrive within the scheduled time without prior notice, you may cancel without any penalty.
If a user is unavailable or unreachable at the scheduled time, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued for prepaid services.
During high-demand periods (festivals, weekends, public holidays), cancellation or rescheduling may not be allowed within 1 hour of the scheduled time.
