Service Wallah is a platform that connects users with independent service providers (e.g., electricians, plumbers, cleaning, beauty services) for home and personal needs.
The Service acts as a facilitator for scheduling, coordination, and communication.
We do not directly provide any service listed on the platform.

All operational responsibilities, including management, support, and communication, are handled by the company.
Users must be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate and truthful information during service booking.
Users are solely responsible for their interactions with service providers.
The Service must not be misused for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
Service providers on the platform are independent contractors and not employees of the company.
The company is not responsible for the quality, timing, conduct, or fees of service providers.
Users should verify the identity and credibility of service providers before engagement.
Services can be booked via the app or website.
Cancellations should be made as early as possible to avoid inconvenience.
The company reserves the right to restrict access for repeated misuse or late cancellations.
Refunds will be issued according to the Refund Policy.
Payments can be made in cash, Razorpay, PhonePe, or other supported digital methods.
Online payments are securely processed, and we do not store card or wallet details.
A small service or coordination fee may apply if mentioned at the time of booking.
SOSUALNU SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or dispute between users and service providers.
Users agree to hold the company harmless in such cases.
Personal information (e.g., name, phone number, location) is used only for service coordination.
Data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
While we implement security measures, no online system is completely secure.
These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the latest version.
These Terms are governed under the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
Services must be canceled within 1 hour of booking to qualify for a refund.
Refund requests after 1 hour will not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be credited within 3–5 working days as per the full Refund Policy.
