This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions governing refunds for services booked through Service Wallah (the “Service”), operated by SOSUALNU SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED. By using our mobile application or website, you agree to this policy.
If a service is canceled by the service provider or by us before the scheduled time, users are eligible for a full refund (for prepaid bookings).
If a user cancels a service at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled service time.
Refunds for online payments made via Razorpay, PhonePe, or other payment methods will be processed to the original payment source.
Cash payments cannot be refunded via the app. Users must settle directly with the service provider.
Approved refunds will be credited within 3–5 business days.
Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
If the service is marked as “completed” and no complaint is raised within 1 hour of completion.
If incorrect or incomplete booking information is provided by the user.
In case of dissatisfaction with service quality, partial refunds may be considered only after investigation and confirmation of the issue.
